Questions before you upgrade
Credits cover AI generation inside Pominis, such as stories, images, videos, and regenerating content. Different models and tasks use different amounts, and credits are deducted based on the completed generation task.
Yes. New accounts can start with free credits, and daily free credits may also be available. You can try the story and visual generation flow before upgrading.
Monthly subscription credits do not carry over. They refresh every billing cycle, so unused subscription credits are not added to the next month. Credit packs purchased separately stay in your account balance and are not cleared by the subscription refresh.
Yes. You can manage your current plan from the subscription page. When a change or cancellation needs billing confirmation, we will guide you to the right billing page.
