Credits power AI story, image, and video generation. Usage varies by model, output, and task; a credit balance does not guarantee a fixed number of stories or images. Some tasks reserve credits before generation and settle against actual usage.
Yes. New accounts receive welcome credits; check your account for the amount granted. Free users can claim daily credits, subject to the monthly limit shown in their account. Try creating and publishing a public story before choosing a paid plan.
No. Credit packs add generation credits through a one-time payment. A paid creation plan is required for premium image quality, HTML export, and unlisted publishing. Unlisted stories stay out of public listings, and their links can be forwarded. Any membership or paid-content access requirements still apply. Keeping a story private for your own access does not require a paid plan.
Subscription credits refresh monthly, including on yearly plans, and unused subscription credits do not roll over. Yearly billing pays for the year upfront; it does not grant all twelve months of credits at once. Separately purchased credit packs stay in your balance.
Open your subscription page to manage billing. Canceling renewal keeps your paid access until the end of the paid period. Review any plan change, charge, and effective date in the billing portal before confirming.
No. A creator membership gives you access to that creator’s member stories while the membership is active. It is billed separately and does not include Pominis creation plan features or AI credits.
