Email support

Include the account email, the app or story involved, the approximate time, and any error message. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, or a private manuscript.

AI app connection

If an assistant cannot read or edit your stories, check the permissions shown in Connected AI apps. Disconnect and reconnect the app if its permissions need to change.

Private story preview

Open the preview while signed in to the Pominis account that owns the story. A private preview link is not a public publication link.

Credits and generation

Saving a text-only phone-story draft through MCP does not spend credits. Studio generation and media features may use credits and have their own approval flow.

Never send a password, OAuth code, access token, or refresh token to support.
